Who We Are

Through our welcome and invitation into the life of the congregation, we continually work to create an atmosphere of true Christian hospitality where all who participate will sense something of God’s unconditional love, forgiveness and acceptance.

We ask people to give serious attention to the Gospel and to make a personal response to Jesus Christ. This is the essential core of our identity. Every program, every group, every team, every ministry and mission grows out of our unrestrained allegiance to the life and teachings of Jesus Christ.

We are a caring, compassionate church that reaches out to the poor, needy and all hurting people with the healing love of the Great Physician, Jesus.

We are part of the body of Christ, the Lutheran Church family and a member of the Evangelical Lutheran Church of America.

As an evangelical church, we share the good news of Jesus Christ through preaching of the Word, administering the Sacraments and day to day service in word and deed to brothers and sisters in Jesus’ name.

We are a growing church and enjoy the benefits of a multiple staff, ministries and programs. Simultaneously, we seek to offer a caring, loving, relational style of ministry that seeks to build faith and equip the saints through small, intimate groups.

The leadership at Holy Trinity, including both staff and lay leaders, are servant ministers committed to growing persons in faith, discipleship and service to Jesus Christ. This is accomplished through a steadfast commitment to recruiting, training, equipping and sending people to do God’s work.

We equip people as Christian disciples to bring them to full maturity in Jesus Christ. We welcome and invite people into a relationship with Jesus Christ, nurture and shepherd people unto abundant living, and equip and deploy people for fruitful service in the Kingdom of God.

We are a giving church realizing the truth of Jesus’ words that it is more important to give than to receive. We are more interested in loving than being loved, serving, than being served. Following the example of our Lord, we teach people to give of their time, talent and financial resources generously, sacrificially and with a cheerful heart.

We do not belong to ourselves, but have been purchased by the suffering, death and resurrection of Jesus Christ. In response to all that God has done, we proclaim the good news and serve our neighbor. Through worshipping together we bring praise to God, and celebrate his goodness and abundant gifts to all. We provide a refuge of stability for our members, especially our youth, in a sometimes unstable world.
